Smoking this raspberry-chipotle pork tenderloin on the pellet grill is an easy recipe that tastes amazing. Your pork tenderloin will come out with a burst of flavor using pre-made raspberry-chipotle sauce, garlic, and other ingredients. Sweet with a hint of spice makes it a great dish to serve with guests.
Begin by mixing the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. You want it large enough to place your pork tenderloins in for marinating. You can use one pork tenderloin or two. I’m using two in this recipe, but if you decide to use one, don’t half the marinade ingredients.
You can marinate the pork for up to 8 hours. I was short on time in this recipe, so I only marinade the meat for two hours, and it still came out great.
I suggest buying Fischer & Wieser’s Raspberry-Chipotle Sauce in their larger 40-ounce bottle. The other option is their 15.75-ounce bottle, and though this will leave you with enough for your marinade, you won’t have extra to pour over the tenderloin when serving.
The 40-ounce bottle gives you enough to make the marinade and heat some in a bowl to have on your table. Serving the meat with warm Raspberry-Chipotle Sauce really elevates the flavors.
When choosing wood for your pork tenderloin, you can go with a fruitwood since it pairs well with the Raspberry-Chipotle sauce. Cherry, apple, and even pecan and maple will help elevate the meat.

- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 2 lb Pork tenderloins
- Olive oil
Instructions
Marinade
- In a medium bowl, combine 12 ounces of raspberry chipotle sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, garlic salt, and garlic powder.
- Add the pork tenderloin and cover it evenly with the mixture. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to allow the meat to marinate for 6 to 8 hours. Shorter will work fine if you're low on time.
Smoke
- Preheat your pellet grill to 425°F. Oil the grill grate with vegetable oil.
- Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the lower grill grates. Generously pour the marinade onto the pork and discard the rest.
- Smoke for about 30 minutes or until the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Flip it over about 15 minutes into the cook.
- Once ready, move it to a cutting board and rest for 10 minutes before slicing; serve warm.
Sauce
- Take the remaining raspberry chipotle sauce or any amount you prefer and warm it in a bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds on high. Spoon over sliced tenderloin to add more great flavor!
