Instructions
Preheat. Set your pellet grill or smoker to 325°F
Smoke. Place the unpackaged spiral sliced ham directly onto the grill grates, sliced side down. Close the lid and smoke for 2 hours.
Add the glaze. Remove the ham and place it in an aluminum pan or cast-iron skillet. Use something that can hold the ham while inside the smoker. Mop the maple bourbon sauce over the entire ham. Place the ham back in the smoker.
Continue smoking. Increase the smoker's temperature to 375°F. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the ham's internal temperature reaches 140°F.
Serve. Remove the ham from the smoker and place it on a cutting board. Slice and serve immediately. It can be served with warmed maple bourbon sauce or with homemade mustard.
